Lifeline Program
Lifeline is a federal program that lowers the monthly cost of phone and internet. Lifeline is a government assistance program. The service is non-transferable, only eligible consumers may enroll in the program, and the program is limited to one discount per household.

Nebraska Telephone Assistance Program (NTAP)
In order to receive state lifeline support, individuals enrolled in the federal lifeline program will still need to complete a citizenship attestation form. This information will need to be submitted to the PSC in order to receive the state benefit.
